Job Duties:

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data accuracy in ERP, WMS, and OMS systems.
• Maintain and update routine operational tracking reports and dashboards covering logistics costs, delivery status and exceptions, fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and return reason categories, and communicate identified issues to relevant cross-functional team leads in a timely manner.
• Provide SKU-level and location-level inventory data to support routine warehouse picking, putaway, and inventory tracking activities.
• Support employee performance evaluation by tracking and summarizing routine performance metrics for customer service and warehouse staff, including response timeliness, customer feedback trends, case handling status, operational accuracy, and compliance with standard procedures.
• Assist in analyzing routine operational workflows to identify trends and recurring issues, summarize findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support practical improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with Asia-based overseas teams and external partners, including system providers and logistics partners, to support day-to-day operational activities.

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, or a related field, and at least 12 months of experience as an analyst in business and operational environments.
