How are orders placed & processed?

Orders can be placed through our eBay store, over the phone with a sales associate or by e-mail. In order to guarantee same day shipping, please place all orders before 3:00pst. We will do our very best to process orders within 1 business day.

Carrier & Tracking info

All packages are shipped either with UPS or USPS and come with a tracking #. You can track your package at ups.com or usps.com.

Shipping Guidelines

We ship domestically to the lower 48 states with free standard shipping however, shipping fees to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO and other international countries are required to be covered by the buyer. For our international customers, you are responsible for any custom taxes, duties or import fees to your country, depending on the value of your package and at times, there may be a delay in delivery due to your order being held at customs; please contact them directly. We do sell some items where free shipping is not applicable.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credits, money orders, and PayPal payments

Are your parts brand new? Refurbished? Used?

All our parts are brand new aftermarket with OEM specifications that meet or exceed OE quality. We pride ourselves in selling only brand new parts.

How do I know if I ordered the right parts for my vehicle?

We carry a large and diverse line of Import and Domestic engine components. In order to guarantee fitment, please verify your vehicle information in our eBay compatibility section or feel free to give our office a call. Please keep in mind that U.S models and International models have some variations.

What is your return and warranty policy?

If you are ever concerned or dissatisfied with the parts you received, please give us a call immediately so we can resolve the situation. All items returned must be accompanied with an RGA number. We offer 90 days warranty on our parts and after 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the amount refunded. Please make sure a certified mechanic will be responsible for your installation as we do not cover cost of labor. Parts that are received damaged or installed do not qualify for a refund. All returns must also be in resalable condition and must be in its original package. Any open gaskets or broken shrimp wrap will not be accepted for return.

Do you offer will-call service?

If you are a local customer you are welcome to come and pick up your order at our will-call desk. Please call us or message us in advance so we can have it ready for you.
